GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. This offer is a public agreement in accordance with Articles 633 and 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce".
2. Acceptance of this offer is the Buyer's placement of an order on the website.
3. The offer is valid indefinitely until it is modified or revoked by the Seller.

SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

1. The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of the goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept them under the terms of this agreement.

ORDER PLACEMENT PROCEDURE

1. Orders are placed through the website interface or via communication tools.
2. The Buyer must provide accurate information when placing the order.

PRODUCT PRICE AND PAYMENT

1. Prices are indicated in Ukrainian Hryvnia and include all applicable taxes.
2. Payment can be made in cash upon receipt or by other methods indicated on the website.
3. If online payment is not available, payment information will be updated on the website according to actual conditions.

PRODUCT DELIVERY

1. Delivery is carried out under the conditions specified when placing the order.
2. Delivery cost is paid by the Buyer separately, unless otherwise stated.

PRODUCT RETURNS

1. The Buyer has the right to return the goods within the period provided by law.
2. Goods of proper quality may be returned if their commercial appearance and consumer properties are preserved.

PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

1. Providing personal data when placing an order constitutes the Buyer's consent to its processing in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection".

FINAL PROVISIONS

1. This agreement is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer accepts the offer.
2. The Seller reserves the right to change the terms of the offer without prior notice.
3. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations, and if no agreement is reached — through court proceedings in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
