GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. This offer is a public contract in accordance with Articles 633 and 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce".
2. Acceptance (consent) of this offer is the Buyer placing an order on the website.
3. The offer is valid indefinitely until it is amended or canceled by the Seller.

SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

1. The Seller undertakes to transfer the goods into the ownership of the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept them in accordance with the terms of this agreement.

ORDER PLACEMENT PROCEDURE

1. Orders are placed through the website interface or via communication means.
2. The Buyer must provide accurate information when placing an order.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

1. Prices are indicated in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) and include all taxes.
2. Payment can be made in cash upon receipt or by other methods specified on the website.
3. If online payment is not available, payment information is updated on the website according to actual conditions.

DELIVERY OF GOODS

1. Delivery is carried out under the conditions specified when placing the order.
2. Delivery costs are paid separately by the Buyer, unless otherwise stated.

RETURN OF GOODS

1. The Buyer has the right to return goods within the period established by law.
2. Goods of proper quality can be returned if their commercial appearance and consumer properties are preserved.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

1. Providing personal data when placing an order constitutes the Buyer’s consent to their processing in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection".

FINAL PROVISIONS

1. This agreement is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer accepts the offer.
2. The Seller has the right to amend the terms of the offer without prior notice.
3. All disputes are resolved through negotiations, and if no agreement is reached — in court in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
