Delivery and Return Terms of CHOOZY

Delivery in Ukraine

We ship orders within 1 business day after placement.

Average delivery times:

  • Within Ukraine: 1–3 business days

Actual delivery times depend on the schedule of “Nova Poshta”.

Delivery Cost

  • Shipping is charged according to “Nova Poshta” rates.
  • An estimated cost is displayed during checkout.
  • Cash-on-delivery fees are paid by the customer.

Order Processing

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM — shipped the next business day.
  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Tracking

After shipment, tracking is available via the TTN number.

Returns and Exchanges

Size Exchange

Exchanging for a different size or model is free of charge (one-time per order).

If the required size is unavailable, a return is free of charge if you requested a neighboring size to the originally ordered one (e.g., ordered for 4 years → requested for 3 or 5 years). If the neighboring size is out of stock — we cover the return shipping cost.

If you need a different, non-neighboring size, we will also exchange it for free, provided it is in stock.

If the required non-neighboring size is unavailable — the return is at the customer’s expense.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

In accordance with Resolution №172 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the following items are not eligible for exchange or return:

  • underwear;
  • hosiery products;
  • corsetry products.

Exceptions: Outerwear, cardigans, and blankets — can be returned or exchanged.

Defective Items

In case of defects, returns or exchanges are free, including shipping.

Accessories

Exchanges and returns of accessories are at the customer's expense.

Return Period

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection", the customer has the right to exchange or return a product of adequate quality within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided the item has not been used and its original appearance, tags, and packaging are preserved.

Return Conditions

A return or exchange is possible provided that:

  • the item has not been used;
  • the original appearance is preserved;
  • all tags and packaging are intact;
  • proof of purchase is available (order number).

Return Shipping

  • In the case of an exchange for a neighboring size or defective item — shipping is covered by the store.
  • In all other cases, return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
  • The cost of gift wrapping is non-refundable in case of a return.
