Delivery and payment

We strive to provide maximum convenience for our customers, offering various delivery and payment options to suit your needs.

Delivery Options

• Delivery to Nova Poshta branches. Your order will be delivered to the nearest Nova Poshta branch at the carrier's rates. During checkout, you can select the most convenient branch.
• Courier delivery via Nova Poshta. If you prefer doorstep delivery, choose courier delivery. The courier will deliver your order to the specified address based on Nova Poshta's rates.

Delivery Time and Cost

The delivery time depends on the chosen method and the region of receipt. Typically, orders are delivered within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. The cost is calculated according to Nova Poshta's rates, depending on the weight, size of the package, and delivery address. If your order exceeds ₴3,500, we will cover the delivery cost! Payment Methods

• Online payment (coming soon). We support fast and secure payment with Visa and MasterCard via our secure payment service.
• Cash on delivery (payment upon receipt). You can pay for your order upon receiving it at the Nova Poshta branch or from the courier. The carrier may charge an additional fee for this service.
• Bank transfer. For legal entities, we offer the option of bank transfer. After placing the order, we will send an invoice for payment.
