Size Exchange

Exchange for another size or model — free of charge (one-time within a single order).

If the required size is not available, the return is free if you request a neighboring size to the one originally ordered (for example: you ordered size 4 years → requested an exchange for 3 or 5 years, and if this size is not in stock — we will cover the return shipping costs).

If you need a different, non-neighboring size — we will also exchange it for you free of charge if it is in stock. In case the non-neighboring size is unavailable — the return costs are covered by the customer.

Returns in Accordance with Ukrainian Law

According to the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection":

A return or exchange is possible within 14 days from the date of receiving the order, provided that the item has not been used and retains its original condition (tags, packaging, no signs of wear).

Items that cannot be returned or exchanged:

• underwear
• homewear
• baby clothing that is worn directly on the body (diapers, bodysuits, overalls, etc.)

Exceptions: outerwear, cardigans, blankets.

Defective Products

In case a defect is found, the exchange or return is free of charge.

Accessories

Exchange and return of accessories are at the customer’s expense.
